MARIE has established the IEEE International Workshop on Mobile THz Systems (IWMTS). The first workshop took place on July 2nd to 4th at SportSchloss Velen, Germany.

With 17 presented papers and six key note talks by worldwide leading scientists in the field the first IWMTS was a big success.
